Group Symposium

  Our teacher assigned us to organize a symposium for our performance task. The topic of our Symposium are Fake News and Navigating Scammers. We discussed the do's and don'ts if they encounter a Fake News and Scammers and for them to be ready if they encounter one of it. Our discussion flow was excellent in clearly addressing the concerns, and they also gave examples that could be applied to our experience to assist the audience understand better. My thoughts about our Symposium is I'm quite happy, we discussed our topic clearly. Students from Grade 10 - S t Hildegard ask some questions but luckily we answered it quite right, they're fun to be with and I'm so thankful for Grade 10 - S t Hildegard, our teacher, and of course to my groupmates for their hard work.

       Confidential funds, also known as discretionary funds, have been a topic of great public interest and debate. These funds provide a certain degree of flexibility for politicians and public officials to address unforeseen expenses and national interests that require secrecy. In the Philippines, the confidential funds of Sara Duterte, daughter of former President Rodrigo Duterte, have stirred controversy and intrigue.    Sara Duterte, vice president of the Philippines, has defended her use of CIF and branded her detractors as "enemies of the state."  Law enforcement organizations frequently use the CIF to carry out surveillance and intelligence gathering operations. Due to their alleged connection to sensitive national security issues, these funds are not subject to the usual auditing regulations.
